Designing Technology For Healthy Social Connections

The Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence uses the power of emotions to create a more effective and compassionate society. HopeLab partnered with the center to develop the Mood Meter app, a digital tool that helps users plot their feelings. The app provides tools and strategies to help a user shift their mood to get to a more positive state. By cultivating emotion regulation, the Mood Meter app helps people practice skills to build healthy relationships in both work and life.
